1. You must mail your final exam score report (pdf) to us within 72 hours of the exam.
2. An instructor can change between sessions and batches.
3. A doubt-clearing session is subject to the availability of the instructor and it will be only with a prior appointment. Each doubt slot is for 45 minutes and more than one slot a day will not be scheduled.
4. Only one set of FREE study materials will be issued to the student.
5. If you are not attending a particular session or batch, you must inform your mentor/counselor 24 hours prior to the session or batch.
6. SAT/UCAT/GRE/GMAT prep program is valid for 12 months, and IELTS/TOEFL prep program is valid for 6 months from the date of enrollment. The sessions are not repeated for One-on-One students individually, and repeat sessions of batch students are subject to the availability of seats during the validity period.
7. Fees once paid are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE; irrespective of the number of sessions attended.
8. In whatever form, if abusive or malicious language is used to our staff by a student or/and anyone else from his/her side, then the said student’s services will be terminated with immediate effect.
9. INSPIRUS education can contact and send communications/information by SMS and email on the above-mentioned communication details given by the enrolled student.
10. INSPIRUS education can use photographs of the enrolled student in the public domain, as and when deemed appropriate.

4. A student can watch videos of classroom programs, take tests and study in the center with the prior permission of the center.
5. To activate your library service, a REFUNDABLE deposit of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) is to be paid.
6. All library books are issued for SEVEN days and can be re-issued (over the phone) for another seven days. However, if you fail to return the book after this period (a total of 14 days), you are liable to pay a fine of Rs 10/- (Rupees ten only) per day.

1. The validity period of the admissions counseling program is 12 months starting from the date of enrollment. A student can consume the services of the program only ONCE during the validity period.
2. Inspirus Education does not take the responsibility of arranging Transcripts/ Recommendation letters/Financial Affidavits and Score Reporting on your behalf. These are to be arranged/ handled by a student. However, we do extensively explain the process of obtaining these documents to you.
3. Inspirus Education does not take the responsibility of admission in case you furnish incorrect documents/information/academic results, etc.
4. Inspirus Education will guide you to prepare your portfolio, research proposal, or shoot a video for any program or university. The extra expenses for printing and video editing, if required will be borne by the student.
5. The fee charged by us does not include your university application fee; your standard test (SAT/UCAT/GRE/GMAT/TOEFL/IELTS, etc.) score report fee, or any courier charges that you may incur.
6. Any balance dues must be cleared before the writing process can be started. Failure to do so may lead to delays and the stopping of work.
